I've been reading your post and agree. I've served four years onboard ship. To the Can't We All Just Get Along Crowd I say this. NO WE CAN NOT! A ship's berthing area is very small. A U.S. civilian prison cell would sleep about 6-12 men in that same space. There is no privacy. None. A prison has more privacy and space.

Now some may say what they do is their own business. Well in 4 years at least 8 Couples were found engaging in their illegal under the UCMJ acts either in the rack or showers TOGETHER. Other not so in the Closet Queens were making hits on the mess decks. So No It Does Not Work. They were flown off ASAP upon discover for THEIR safety. This wasn't the PC Navy of today BTW this was U.S. Navy late 1970's when policy was clear about Queers.

Seems some in here are not quite up to date on Biblical Scriptures either. They need to read Genesis chapters 18-19. Now Lot wasn't a nice man as we find out late in chapter 19. I want harm any Homo as long as they stay out of my life and way from my family. I won't hunt them down. But I'm sick and tired of them flaunting their destructive life style in such a manner you can not ignore it. Why do they do this? Any Pro-Gay want to answer? If they went about their businness like sane rational people who would know? No one would. That's the point. They won't.

The United States Armed Forces does in fact not enjoy many of the Constitutional Rights as some in here say or think. It is in fact a government within a government overseen by congress to regulate it. Many things that would be Unconstitutional as a civilian apply in the military including Double Jeopardy trials by the military under the UCMJ for crimes you may commit in the civilian world after receiving a civilian trial punishment. Don't like it? Don't serve. Simple enough?
