yes.. well, the RULES at my parent's house were a little more clear and consistent.
And, on the occasion that I DID break them... my parents didn't kick me out of the house and change the locks.
But then... my parents loved me. Even when I sometimes disagreed with them.

I don't know, if you broke the rule and were not punished that sounds inconsistent to me. Also, my example was not a child living at home, but an adult still with their parents.

I hope so. But then...maybe you didn't push too hard. The attempt to justify normalizing gay lifestyle is pushing too hard here.
I wouldn't worry too much though, reasonable people understand reason.
