Is this the end of Nightmare for now, or are they going to have another shot before ending the session?
I believe they voted No Cloture on the Bill, meaning it can’t survive a filibuster. It was only blocked by 41 votes, but that should kill it for the Lame Duck Session.
It’s done for the year.
