Especially in New England. I know it's been cold so far this winter, but I've lived in Georgia as well, and I can tell you that it doesn't get anywhere NEAR as cold there nor for nearly as long as it does up here in NH. Yet I can still manage to heat my house without any help from "da gub'mint" or taking from Obama's "stash".
