An ordinary citizen had standing to challenge Obama’s eligibility by filing in a state court to prevent the Secretary of State from certifying Obama’s name on the ballot. There were no such lawsuits, which speaks to my original point that it isn’t the judiciary’s fault they weren’t presented with a proper case.
