For the life of me I can not understand Why These Jack Booted Thugs are not in Jail for First Degree Murder, with Special Circumstances of Lying in Wait.along with the 911 caller and the dispatcher too, they all belong in JAIL. THIS WAS A NON CRIME, There was nothing illegal , No reasonable person could conclude that a crime was being committed, therefore No Police Officer could have REASONABLE SUSPICION a CRIME was being or about to be committed. SHOW ME THE SECTION OF THE PENAL CODE THAT WHAT THIS MAN WAS DOING WAS A CRIME, EVEN IF HE DID HAVE A GUN.
Those taxpayers deserve the loss for hiring that city government and police force. The officer who killed the citizen will be commended eventually with an official certificate.
As well they should for electing city officials who do nothing to rein in this type of behavior by the city's police department.
