Yes they were, but do you suppose for one second that they would have granted Natural Born Citizenship to a child born in this country with two foreign citizens parents?

I may have to spell it out for those that believe that anyone born in this country is a Natural Born Citizen but I am sure our Founding Fathers knew exactly what they meant to do when they made that the law of the land.
