I always like accusations, which is all this amounts to, from people who can’t back it up with examples.

Apparently Charlie hasn’t read any of Palin’s Op-ed pieces she has done in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post

“I think if you want to expand your base, you have to get into policy even though it sounds dull.”

When Krauthammer says policy, he means to get with the program. The elites' "policy" is second verse, same as the first. That's old thinking. We're not going to Washington, DC to sing in their chorus. Sarah Palin brings a new beat to the dance. She is just fine on policy. Her record proves it. Those who can't dance to the new beat can just sit down and shut the hell up! ;-)

I saw the interview and correctly predicted he would name Governor Mitch Daniels. Actually, Charles was quite complimentary to Sarah Palin. but he hasn't kept abreast of her several speeches or her op-ed's in such illustrious publications like the WSJ and even the Wa-Compost, or he would have known that she has expanded her "policy" issues, such as Bernanke and Quantative Easing, obamacare, the Debt ceiling, this horrid "tax deal", and that she is well prepared to lead our nation and most compepently knowledgeable.

As you will see, Charles is still stuck in July, 2009, while Sarah lives in the present and the future!

Said Charles Krauthammer last night on Fox News,

JULY, 8, 2009

Now, as to Palin, I agree entirely with what Mara said. She is — she has star power without any doubt. She has an extremely devoted following. But she is not a serious candidate for the presidency.

She had to go home and study and spend a lot of time on issues in which she was not adept last year, and she hasn't. She has to stop speaking in clichés and platitudes. It won't work.

It could work for eight weeks if you're the number two candidate, as she was last year. But even so, she got singed a lot in that campaign. You cannot sustain a campaign of platitudes and clichés over a year and a half if you're running for the presidency.

I rest my case, counselor, Charles. You're a good guy most of the time, but you need to "study-up" on Sarah Palin. She's come a long way, baby, and you're unaware.

It's good to leave that Beltway now and then...lol.
