Barack Hussein Obama II is clearly identified on his SSN application, circa 1975-76, as a “Legal Resident” and not a “U.S. Citizen.”

If Lakin were allowed to subpoena Obama’s SSN application on file with the SSA, then the fact Obama is identified as a Legal Resident and not a U.S. Citizen would be ignored.

Lakin is going to jail even though Obama is ineligible to be POTUS.
