This will not be over and the crumbling defenses have been seriously breached around Obama's refusal to grant release of his HI vital records and the lie that "it is illegal for HI to release them." Of course they can release them if Obama signed a release, which an honorable CIC would do.
At this point Hawaii law REQUIRES Obama’s vital records to be released to anybody who asks for them, since Fukino made a public statement about what is on the documents.
And I have the response from Alfred Itamura of the HI Ombudsman’s Office showing that Fukino and Okubo are DEAD WRONG when they say they CAN’T release a non-certified COLB for Obama. He says he can’t discipline them because it is not “unreasonable” for them to not disclose it because the Administrative Rule says they “may” disclose it rather than that they “shall” disclose it. But he makes clear that it’s not accurate for the HDOH to say that they CAN’T disclose it.
He said I could file a UIPA request (totally ignoring that’s what I had already done) - as he and I both know that UIPA REQUIRES disclosure of documents that the statutes allow to be disclosed.
So we already know that the HDOH is lying when they say they CAN’T release the non-certified COLB for Obama, and in fact at this point UIPA REQUIRES that they release not only the non-certified COLB, as has been required all along, but they are also REQUIRED to disclose all the “vital records” Fukino relied upon to make her public statements about Obama’s vital records.
IOW, what Lakin has been wanting is REQUIRED to be made public by Hawaii officials. Not only is Obama screwing Lakin and all the honorable men and women serving in the mlitary who deserve to know whether their orders are lawful, but the HDOH is directly and blatantly spitting on every last one of them as well, by refusing to obey their laws.
