Fukino was just as accurate about Obama posting his “birth certificate” online as she was accurate about them receiving 50 requests for Obama’s BC per month - which has been proven false.

The fact that she can lie under oath with impunity on both counts is a sad indicator of the level of lawlessness in Hawaii.

It is not fraudulent for an Indonesian refugee, legally residing in the U.S. (commonly referred to as a Green Card holder) to apply for a SSN with the SSA.

Obama’s 1975-76 SSN application correctly identifies him as a “Legal Resident” and not a “U.S. Citizen.” Correctly identifying your status on an application to a U.S. government is not fraudulent.

Later, Obama stopped being a legal resident of the U.S. and became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. Again, there is nothing fraudulent about an Indonesian refugee legally residing in America for several years and the becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen.

Obama did not commit fraud until he applied to be on the ballot as POTUS in all 57 states and declared himself to be eligible. Only a natural born citizen is eligible to be POTUS.
