Nonsense. There is no basis for your claim that Puckett made “Lakin’s landing as soft as possible.”

HELLO! LAKIN HAS NOT BEEN SENTENCED YET!

For all you know, olddeck, Lind will give Lakin the maximum sentence on both counts.

Competent lawyers do not plead their clients guilty without an agreement on the terms of the sentence. Get a clue, olddeck.

Lind won't be sentencing Lakin to anything, his jury panel will be doing the sentencing.

If you're going to argue that "someone get a clue", I might suggest that you have one yourself, just saying.
