An Army doctor who disobeyed orders to deploy to Afghanistan because he questions Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has pleaded guilty to 1 of 2 charges against him.
At a court-martial proceeding Tuesday in Maryland, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin of Greeley, Colo., pleaded guilty to not meeting with a superior when ordered to do so and not showing up at Fort Campbell in Kentucky where he was supposed to report.

My professors are credentialed Emergency Managers and Military personnel who have been doing the profession I am studying for decades. They work in the Pentagon. They work in the Homeland Security Department. Their “A’s” are NOT earned easily. So lol you go ahead and blow it all off. LOL that says a LOT more about you than it does me!

Everyone has been aware from the very get go that removing Obama from office was an uphill battle that we were not likely to win. The simple yet vast amount of impulsion (look it up for God’s sake) needed to over come the machine which put Obama into power was and is, recognized as being a huge and quite likely impossible barrier to overcome.

First, I don't think you understood my post. Speaker Boehner could establish an impeachment committee in the House to subpena documents relevant to Obama's constitutional qualifications to serve as president without so much as committing in advance to even a vote on an impeachment. The purpose would be to secure the documents and information necessary to determine whether impeachment is warranted.
Second, I have no difficulty distinguishing this matter from the different circumstances faced by Gingrich. I don't want to assume that you think that, because Gingrich failed, the power to conduct impeachment inquiries should be forever abandoned.
Obama's origins raise important constitutional questions and we shouldn't shrink from them merely because we are afraid that some folks might criticize us for insisting on the truth.

I’m having serious doubts about your so called legal credentials, and I note with considerable suspicion your posting history, such as it is considering your rookie status.
Most lawyers on FR can and do enlighten us on their posts with actual legal arguments, citing law, fact, and the sources for their assertions. You seem to rely solely on ad hominim attacks and unsupported assertions. That sort of argument is reserved for us unwashed masses who have never entered the bar. But perhaps that’s just how you argue cases in front of Judge Chamberlain Haller out there in Pleasant County.
