An Army doctor who disobeyed orders to deploy to Afghanistan because he questions Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has pleaded guilty to 1 of 2 charges against him.
At a court-martial proceeding Tuesday in Maryland, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin of Greeley, Colo., pleaded guilty to not meeting with a superior when ordered to do so and not showing up at Fort Campbell in Kentucky where he was supposed to report.

Obama is up for reelection in LESS than two years. Congressional energy should be channeled DIRECTLY at undoing what Obama (and Pelosi) have done, and to removing Obama using the ballot box. Impeachment talk will alienate the moderates that are abandoning Obama in droves. Why do anything to drive them back to Obama?
Lawyers are not selected for jury duty in my County. However, I have tried many cases and have witnessed the trials of some of the best attorneys in America.
IMHO, Lakin’s “lawyers” done an incredibly bad job of representing him.

Please explain what you mean. What exactly about Lakin’s “lawyers’ approach” do you agree with?
Do you agree with him announcing that his client was guilty 11 days before trial?
Do you agree with him pleading his client guilty without a plea bargain?
Do you agree with him advising his client to waive attorney/client privilege?
Which part of his bizarre approach is it that you agree with?

I’ve not seen any concerns only their pompous snarks and certainty that ‘08 election went just swimmingly .. no doubts or questions at all about all the sealed records, likelihood of a forged internet bc image, HI DOH inconsistencies and obfuscations, smoke and mirrors, Islamic school registration, Indonesian adoption, other aliases, etc. and now .. the unparallelled takeover of the country and every aspect of our lives by this fanatical, radical tyrant.
They’re ensconced in cushy military careers .. put in their 25 behind the desk and take their retirements. What do they care, apparently, about the fate of this great nation?
I guess they really think they can protect their children and grandchildren and aren’t thinking at all about the world in which they’ll be maneuvering in 15 or 20 years if this trampling of the Constitution isn’t stopped.
Not once have I seen regard mentioned by them in this case for the Founders .. what they fought and died for, and their fervent and declared intent about whom they would entrust the office of CIC: certainly no one who had the taint of foreign paternity/allegiance, even though dozens and dozens of legitimate questions remain, as those who’ve been researching this issue for over 2 years know full well.
In their liberal brains, it wouldn’t surprise me if they think Mohammed Atta could have consorted with an American citizen female over 18, impregnated her, and that child would be Constitutionally eligible to grow up to be potus.
God help us .. and protect our brave troops who’re out there this night sacrificing life and limb for this country and us.

No, I really don’t because I received the list from about 5 different people and the lists aren’t the same. USMcobra says he’s on it and he’s on none of mine. You’re on a couple that I got but not all of them. Honestly, I do my own investigating. I believe there are people on the list that are NOT trolls, at least not what I consider a troll and there are some that should be on the list that aren’t. A troll to me, is never someone that doesn’t agree with me. I always check their past posting history. That is where the truth lies.

Well, now we are getting somewhere. We are not talking about the law as you find it in Peaceful County. We are talking about the Uniform Code of Miltary Justice and the Military Justice system. Some on this thread have tried to point out some of the differences but you are not listening. You also seem not to be listening to those who have pointed out that the current defense team is not the original defense team. The original team, led by one Rolf Jensen seemed to be more interested in their own fame and glory than in the trials and tribulations of their client. He apparently came to understand that and dismissed Mr. Jensen. His current attorney is trying to do the best with the hand he was dealt.
Here’s hoping that any prospective clients of yours out there in Peaceful County or wherever you practice don’t discern your true identify. I don’t think that I would want you handling a simple diversion on my behalf.

The usual spouting of liberal mantra. What many don't understand is that Lakin is prepared for the consequence of jail time, which will be a detriment and a spotlight on Obama to his eligibility status under the Constitution. They may not like the consequence of what they wish for.
