Olson used to be a heavyweight...now, I think the
marbles are scrambled....this crap, same sex marriage,etc.
is beyond the scope of innate intelligenve and just
plain decensy. too bad the off breeds of society,
get and demand these type of ....conversations...and
even so called smart men fall for this abomination. JK

Actually, Sandra Day O’Connor was the one who had to keep asking the right questions during the hearing on who was to be President. Ted Olson finally got the hint and gave her what she wanted. That the laws in place at the time of the election should be the ones that are followed.

Olson got the credit, but he really didn’t do as well as he should have in supporting Bush’s claim to the Presidency.
I think the brains behind his marriage was Barbara Olson.

But I was surprised that he would go over to the dark side. His argument is lousy, but I’m sure the liberals love it.
