According to sources, Three Senate aides said the tax package appeared likely to attract at least 65 to 70 supporters Monday in a procedural vote in the Senate to test whether there is support to block a potential filibuster.

With this number, there's enough votes to block a Flibuster.

In other news...I’ve read that the only vote holding up the Dream act is Senator Scott Brown. Who knows what kind of backroom deals were cut to pass the tax bill?. If the Republicans caved on the Dream Act to get the tax bill passed (when they CLEARLY had nothing to lose) then we are completely screwed.
