Great, because as long as it is the court system it cannot be enacted - no budgetary item can be done as it is the courts. ObummerCare is DOA.
Is Clinton doing the press conference on this one too?
What does it take to get his decision overruled? Plenty of corrupt judges around to find fault with it.
/cheers!!!!!!!
Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Department of Education—they’re all unconstitutional, too, but they’re not going away in the near future. So we’ll have to see if this holds up.
BTTT
out=put
That pesky Constitution.
FOXNEWS
Forcing someone to buy something is NOT economic activity. Thus, the Commerce Clause cannot be imposed (which was in the legislation), per Greta Van Susteren.
FED does not have authority under the Commerce Clause.
Question about whether it is a tax or not.
Legislators would not call it a tax. Now, it can be argued as a tax.
Wooooooo! Hooooooo!
Greta analyzing the ruling right now. It’s all about the commerce clause...finds it “fascinating!”
LOL LOL LOL
Greta says DOJ will fight it by calling it a tax...
Legislators didn’t want to call it a tax for political reasons...
But DOJ lawyers call it a tax in defending it...
REPEAT: REQUIRING SOMEONE TO BUY SOMETHING IS NOT ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND THEREFORE THE FED GOV HAS NO AUTHORITY IN THE MANDATE....
We got our Woo Hoo’s in at the very same second.
Best news of today...on to the next step. Thank you, your honor.!
Great says that if SCOTUS declares the individual mandate unconstitutional then there is no funding for ObamaCare... in other words it’s dead.
3 cheers for my homestate of Virginia!!! round 1...gong
Greta on Fox said there would not be an injunction because this prevision doesn’t kick in until 2013 so there is no problems with time.
Bwaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! LIBs say collective “OUCH!”
1501 funded the Health Care bill.
If the judges ruling is upheld by the SC, the health care bill will not be funded.
[Legal applies to the state of Virginia. Could probably then be applied to all other states.]
