It was the same gun - and now police believe it was the same man.
Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen was murdered in a random shooting by a robber riding a bicycle, Beverly Hills police revealed this afternoon.

Smith was riding a bicycle and when the 64-year-old publicist ignored his demands, he pumped five bullets into her chest, according to a scenario revealed at a press conference today.
The extraordinary explanation for the mystery that has gripped America for weeks was revealed after ballistic tests showed that the murder weapon was the same gun used by Smith to shoot himself last week when police went to quiz him about the killing.

They way things are going in this outgoing Congress, I expect the House and Senate to vote on the “DayDream Act” - where they want to give “murder forgivenss” to anyone of color, and then deposit $7.5 Billion in a “fund” that can be “accessed” by their voters.

Shooting and killing people from a bicycle must be a cultural thing. In Albany New York three negro punks shot and killed an Albany State student who was walking down the street; they were riding their bikes (probably stolen) and wanted some “Free Money”. Two have confessed and implicated the third who is being tried. The third who is on trial told someone in a letter he wrote from jail that he did the shooting and the guards intercepted the letter and it is part of the evidence!
It states:
“ “Albany detectives came all the (expletive) up here about that white college kid that got shot in his head over there on Yates-n-N Lake. But yeah, I did that,” the letter stated.”

So the police put out some disinformation early on saying that this guy was not involved in the killing.
"He [Smith] was at a desperate point in his life - he was reaching out and taking desperate measures."
Poor little victim thug. He had already served two prison terms for violent crimes and he shouldn't even have been on the street around normal people. And they're making it sound like he was just a sad little waif, all desperate and distraught, so of course there was nothing he could do to express his angst other than shooting that rich white so-and-so...
I would blame it still on Islam, which is predominately being pushed upon almost all black prison inmates across America.
It would be a bright and sunny day when at the very least it would be illegal to practice Islam in prisons.
All it does is to mold a hate filled vessel for revenge upon the weak or more to the point those that are disbelievers.

I think when they give these thugs an early release, they should be required to have a GPS tracking devise implanted and become targets of a new concept in probation: Find and shoot the released violent felon. The state could sell licenses, for a fee, and using Sat technology remove these thugs from society while bringing in some revenue. In fact, they could even issue pro bono licenses in extreme situations when there are large numbers on the loose. Once the herd is culled, the license fees could be reinstated.
