I agree. So long as people keep their business to themselves what is wrong with the status quo? I have met many gays and lesbians who were content to live their lives in a fairly normal way without making sexuality the centerpiece of their identity. But they are not the folks pushing this crap.
Those would be the ones who want to tell us that we can no longer use the word "homosexual" (which in their minds is the gay/lesbian equal of "colored" in 2010) They want to see us use gay and lesbian exclusively. Yet they continue to call each other "queer". How in the world could one of our brave soldiers really honestly trust the motives and commitment of the guy next to him if that guy has purposely learned a different speech pattern so that you cannot mistake his gayness? What happens if they gay dude insists that his piercings or haircut is significant to his "culture"? Their is a great big pandora's box associated with this that our highly educated "betters" have not even considered. What this heck is wrong with "men here, women over there and otherwise keep it yourself"? IMHO everyone is equal in that situation and that is all that the constitution requires.

Now why do they want us all to know what they are,why do they do their freak parades?
We dont’; go about saying what gets us off and what we like or what we do so why do they say they want to be accepted and then want the world to know what they are.
As for the military, I served and I served in a combat unit for years.
We do survival training, i.e. sharing sleeping bags for body warmth etc
Now I have to share showers, a room, be in close quarters for months together. It’s bad enough how we had to live in small places but now maybe with two homosexual men, NO WAY.
Will they force chaplains t marry them?
What if an officer who is openly a homosexual takes a liking t a young private while in a war zone,you can be sure he will not send his new playmate on point, how will promotions work now?
What about medals and names mentioned for them?
Will their be homosexual parties on base?
What about homosexual jokes?
We’re not PC like the supply units and civilian life.
Top generals from 3 branches have said no.
The majority do not want this either regardless of a twisted survey which I have read
I could go on and on but another important point is that we have separate showers and rooms with women for a reason , what about now homosexuals, cross dressers, etc?

I will always use the word homosexual in public to address them as that is what they are.
Gay has another meaning and because they hyjacked the word to put a more positive view of them then I will not play their word game.

I am not old either so this is not a age issue.
I’, not a church going person either so this is not because of religious beliefs.
All I know are like me on this issue and all are not the stereotype person the homosexual community tries to attack.
I think that kids are better off with a normal family.
Marriage is what it is and every argument they use for it can be used for other kinds of marriages marriages can be used .
I want shut up and won’t be silenced on this issue at all no matter how they attack the majority of folks in the country.
Sadly I have had to tell my young children the dangers of what they might be told at school, on movies etc.
The family is the backbone of this country, the commie manifesto said way back to promote homosexuality to destroy this country and they will not quit nor will I.
