Protesters attack

I think it will happen here too. The entitlement mentality is bad here too. When they don't get their welfare checks, watch out.

Let’s see...

Unsupervised British students? Check.

During wartime? Check.

Quickly losing all semblance of civilization? Check.

Hmmm... Sounds like Lord of the Flies, Part Duh.

Heard on FOX this morning that it was not only students protesting. Just like over here, the union thugs got into the act.

Reminds me of an incident in my youth...

A friend and I were bar hopping late in the night. We were walking across the street on a crosswalk in front of a waiting car and my bar buddy thought it would be funny to “twang” the whip antenna on the car. He did and the driver immediately jumped out and gave him a judicious a$$ whooping.

Seems to me that there are simple old-school answers to many modern problems....

Well they have about 1,200 years of experience in putting down revolts. England is done if they can’t stop this.

I recall Margaret Thatcher using a cavalry charge in Trafalgar Square against protestors of her government’s proposed poll tax. That mob didn’t do any of the damage of this lot.

They are behaving like the muzzie thugs in Paris during Ramadan a few years ago.

Your comment:

They have defaced a Churchill statue, and has put the Christmas tree on Trafalgar Square on fire. The tree has been gifted every year since 1947 as gift from the people of Norway in gratitude for the British war efforts in the second world war...

Memories. I went down especially to see the magnificent pine tree in Trafalgar Square that first year. How little we British people had in material goods after the euphoria of the belief that golden times would come quickly. People exulted in getting a chicken in lieu of the turkey, and drooled over one bottle of EMU New Zealand sherry, just before "sorry all sold out". All for Christmas day. Ah well, enough of my ramble and will get down to the nitty gritty.

How do these supposedly educated members of the future ruling class- or the administrators behind that class, think smashing stuff is going to work? Deck chairs on the Titanic could it be?. As for the attack on Prince Charles and his lady, one should remember the classic statement of an acerbic Australian, I think Clive Barnes. Barnes was asked about Prince Charles and the heady delights of picking "any woman he wanted" being an eligible bachelor. Barnes quoth that the Prince has a problem with his whole life, that being - "E 'as no choices". For me that meant how lucky the ordinary Joe is, well sometimes anyway. (chuckle).
