BTW, the TSA agent cannot, on the job, grant a release to RightHaven, et al, for the picture for any commercial purpose. They'll have to go to the US Government to get the release.
Time to put Janet Napolitano on the spot ~ a question for her: "Is it the policy of the United States Government to provide commercial use releases to pictures of its security employees so that lawsuits may be lodged against third parties who might also use those pictures?
