Guest now is man who typed a sheet telling people how to get to Jesse's website and telling them about him. They terminated him for soliciting (while there were others actually selling raffle tickets etc.) and then for causing unrest in his work. Mostly black people working there. Guest says he worked there for 23 years and NEVER was called up for anything, or corrected.

Guest says he belongs to a union and they believe they can get his job back. But he can't get unemployment insurance or health insurance...while waiting for grievance to complete.

Jesse has John List on, are women as competative as men? Or less....Explaining the gender gap!

Highly respected economist. He is from Wisconsin, Phd 1996 U of Wyoming. Worked for President Bush (2) in dept of economics. Married with 5 kids, 4-11 yrs.

Jesse asks him why did he do this study. He says women earn roughly 80% of what men make. Is it because of education? He came around to thinking that women are less competative than men. Posted real jobs on craigslist.com. Posted office support jobs. After receiving thousands of resumes, interviewed and asked if they were paid a certain amount, they were offered more if they were more competative. Men were more competative. SO MEN ARE MORE COMPETATIVE AND WHY THERE IS A GENDER GAP IN THE LABOR MARKET.
