Anyway to this US Citizen I DO NOT want any precedent established where international law trumps the US Constitution and our legal system! To me international law is a legal fiction, law without the power of enforcement is a chimera! Who do you want to be the cops when the US is charges with violating international law. Something we seem to be charged with by every foreign yahoo with a soapbox.
Also I don't want foreign intel agents enforcing their espionage problems on US soil. They do that I want them charged with murder!

This is an international crime committed on the USA by a foreigner — an enemy combatant (we already have capital punishment on the books for treason by USA citizens).
