As a single mother-of-eight, Kate Gosselin is no stranger to stress.
But it took Mama Grizzly Sarah Palin to publicly reduce her to tears.
The bizarre duo headed off together on a camping trip in Sarah's native Alaska recently.
Filming the adventure for an episode of the politician's new reality show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, Kate brought her eight children with her.
'I have never camped for real,' Kate, 35, admitted in a new clip of the episode, released today on Usmagazine.com.
In the preview clip, viewers can watch Kate hiking through the woods with her group of children and learning about the dangers of bears from a ranger.
At one point, Kate is tearful as she complains: 'I'm chilled to the bone.'
Sitting in the damp camp ground, the Kate Plus Eight star then moans: 'I'm hungry.'
In another scene, she jumps and pulls a face as she watches 46 year-old Sarah shooting a rifle.
Sarah is heard cajoling her with the words: 'Come on! It wasn't that bad!'

I would support her as RNC Chair, but not President.
I meant: I would support her RUNNING FOR RNC Chair, but not President.
Relax. Nobody really cares.
I always have a rifle when I camp. And if it happens to be deer season when the dogs and I go, it more than likely WILL be used. Nothing better than pulling that deer away from the steaming gut pile and cutting the inside loins out and throwing them on the campfire grill. Yummy.
If you're going to act the sexist fool, don't be shocked when someone calls you on it.
Just because someone things Sara Palin is a caricature - especially as it relates to her reality show - doesn't mean they're "unmanly".
That is true, John became a male nympho, and Kate was like a shrew. The show should have ended after two season when they were still getting along.
She changed a lot, and so did he. He seemed like a great Dad, but nothing he did seemed to be good enough for her. She was a RN, and that may explain her perfectionist attitude that he could not live up to.
Very sad, it was a nice family show for awhile.
IMHO, this is the mirror image of the Sarah 'vanity' threads that you loathe so much.
I know I hate that there are a couple hundred or so that call me out as a noobie all the time
The truth is sticking in your craw. I would advise you to take Maalox and a dose of decency and humility.
Excellent, and good for them. I’m assuming that they aren’t getting gubmint assistance for this number. Nonetheless, I still believe that having that number of kids is stupid.
Christian homeschooling families DO tend to have much larger families than average, and most of them are very, very conserative. No link to share, sorry. As we homeschoolers tell our (9 in my case) kids, look it up! There is a whole counter-counterculture out there, and we network. :)
Yes, after reading your drivel, Maalox might be in order.
Post of the thread
If and when she decides to want my vote to represent my party, it pretty well is my damn business. And right now, there is a lot of speculation that she will be running. Geesh, your palinites are something
Yeah that Jim deMITT is really something the way he sucks up to mitt romney to get all that mittwipe money and defends romneycare, when 60% of romneycare is funded by federal taxpayers. And the way he endorses all those great conservatives like dino rossi. That’s so inspiring.
If she is the nominee I will vote for her with full support. Till that point, it is all up for discussion.

Notice the advert for the old GE: “Progress is our most important product”. The good old days, before green lunacy, “diversity” and entanglements with seditious media....
Yeah that Sarah Palin is really something. In fact I heard that J. D. Hayworth is still trying to pull knives out of his back. By the way, did you get a chance to see the Fox News interview where Sarah so glowingly supported McCain. Pretty sweet huh?
Could be a contrat thing but with Kate having used up her 15 but one would think Palin would trump her. Maybe we’ll hear the real story after it airs.
Thank you for your informative reply. I apologize for the inference that anyone with such a large number of children is automatically stupid, altho’ I certainly don’t understand the desire for such a number. Based on the information from the posts on this thread, I suggest that Ms. Gosslien is not such a person as you descrbe and had fertility drugs for other reasons other than family, and that this position is supported by her subsequent conduct.
