There is an epidemic of cynicism going around, isn’t there?
Given the kind of politicians we’ve been confronted with for the last couple decades, it’s not really surprising.
The best thing we can do is to keep the pressure on the “kids”(freshmen) to get “good grades” by voting right and sponsoring useful legislation.(Obamacare repeal, for ex.)
Even if it fails in Congress or is vetoed by 0, strong conservative legislation will send a message.
All of the Reps in the House should be on 22 months probation.
Either they straighten up and fly right or they get left behind.
The great thing about the House is it’s within our power to remake it every two years. The Senate, on the other hand, is a much tougher nut to crack. Until we vote out the likes of Reid, McCain, Boxer, and Murkowski, the Senate will block every attempt to move the government to the right. Methinks we need a major culling of incumbents in BOTH parties.

Yes, but a quick cure would be legislation repealing 0bamacare, and extending the Bush tax rates. For starters.
Then, I would like to see subpoenas, lots of them. Starting with Eric Holder.
