WASHINGTON – Bucking the Pentagon's top leaders, the chiefs of the Army and Marines urged Congress on Friday not to allow openly gay people to serve in the military, at least not while troops are at war in Afghanistan.
The generals publicly rebutted their own bosses and the White House, arguing that it is too risky to change the policy now. That gave political ammunition to congressional Republicans trying to retain the ban known as "don't ask, don't tell."

The President and the Democrat Congress set the political agenda. That means that the issue of "Don't ask, don't tell" is at the top of the list of what is important to Americans. Not higher taxes, not crime by illegal aliens, not open borders, not the economy and unemployment, not the questionable war in Afghanistan, but allowing homosexuals to serve openly in the military! This is disgusting and why we must vote out the vermin in our government, including military political opportunists!
That is what is important and needing immediate action by Democrats.
I continue to be amazed that ANY time is given to debate the rightness of sticking a mans penis up the anal cavity of another man and that somehow, this practice should be shoved down the throats of our military troops.
