(AP) Bristol Palin is striking back against MSNBC host Keith Olbermann for dubbing her "worst person in the world."
Olbermann gave her the title on his show earlier this week, casting her as a hypocrite for appearing in a public service announcement promoting abstinence and safe sex. Palin was an unmarried teenager when she had her son, Tripp.
He likened her being an abstinence spokeswoman to saying former President George W. Bush "kept us safe, 'cept for that 9-11 thing, which doesn't count."
The 20-year-old "Dancing With the Stars" diva and daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin defended herself on Facebook Thursday. She said calling her a hypocrite is an "old canard." And she said that what Olbermann lacks in originality he makes up for with "insincere incredulity."

You have much more in common with Meghan McCain than Bristol Palin has.
You and Meghan are both short, blond, brassy, hell-bent against Palin, her family and supporters, and conservatives in general, crave attention and have no children of your own.

What are you talking about? I am NOT hell bent against Palin. I sat in the freezing cold from 3:30am to see her in Searchlight. I LIKE HER. I am not hell bent against ANY Republican. Well, except McCain, but that’s another story. I don’t think she’s doing herself good by all the media crap...that’s all. I am consistent.
As far as children go, what a nasty comment. I have wonderful stepchildren whom I love and love me. If that doesn’t count in your eyes, then frankly, you really aren’t worth much.
As far as Meghan McCain goes, she is more like YOU than Bristol Palin. You are the one who compared the two, but it’s YOU who has more in common with Meghan.
Neither you nor Meghan has given birth to a child, a fact known because YOU made it known, publicly.
I don’t know about Meghan, but your decision was by design.
Bristol KEPT her baby. That’s a pretty significant difference.
Your disdain for the Palins is demoralizing and unwelcome, as are your thinly veiled predictions.
