I was castigated for my last post about this.

Weather permitting I will join anyone in DC that is willing to deal with this.

During the Vietnam War, Martin Luther King called our government “the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today.” True then—and even more so today.

Wow. Acoording to them, this country has been the greatest purveyor of violence in the world for MORE than 40 years. How can they even STAND to live in such an evil place?

They should think about emigrating to a more safe, peaceful and MORAL country, like Somalia or Bosnia or Mexico.

When Code Pink(o) has their protests in Sacramento I frequently bring a Soviet flag to wave around. I figure a little ‘truth in labeling’ is always in order.

Ah, the lies that leftists tell themselves. I guess that it feeds their self-righteous sense of self-importance, but it only displays their ignorance, the depth of their bias against their country, and the nature of their agenda. No serious historian (ie, no one who believes that Noam Chomsky is a great thinker and moral authority) would even remotely concur.

Sorry. I AM A VETERAN.
I am an American and a Patriot.
I support the defence of my Country and its citizens and fully support the troops that are fighting the islamofacist attempts to destroy America.

I have seen those pieces of crap on the other side protesting against the war. I have had the unpleasant experience of having to see them up close.

Here is the reaction of a few young Marines who had fought and lost buddies in Iraq, when they had to listen to some POS who said something like "I have a DD214 too..."

I'll stand with these guys anytime.

What brings you onto FR to pimp this meeting of losers in DC? No wonder you took crap.

Er, uh? I’m ‘pimping’ this event to try to generate a response. The DC Freepers have the stuff.

In stead of protesting these wars why don’t we get a President that would be committed to WINNING them.

Maybe use ROE that make sense to a combatant and not to a bureaucrat.

It wasn’t like there were any other Communist nations aiding the North Vietnamese military... < /sarc >

The Red diaper doper babies need to wake up from their “hate America first” phase and look at Africa (all the way up to the Middle East).

Card carrying Communist revisionist historians like Howard Zinn lie by omission. Those who seek to bash bash bash America never allow cross-comparisons to the rest of the nations in this world, let alone those embracing the very evil political ideology that the speakers secretly advocate.

Sorry. The post was so generic I missed the “deal with this” part at the very end. So, I guess you aren’t going there to participate, but to counter protest.

I would have put something at the very top. Why did you receive heat on this in your last posting then? Perhaps someone misunderstood you the way I did?
