A Muslim imam who lectures on non-violence and advises the German government on interfaith issues has been arrested in Germany for beating up his wife. Sheikh Abu Adam, 40, is now on remand in Munich while his wife, 31, is being guarded by police. She was allegedly assaulted so badly that she suffered a broken nose and shoulder and numerous cuts and bruises.Media reports claimed the woman, who has borne one of his ten children, wanted to live a more 'western' lifestyle and was allegedly attacked after telling her husband.

Maybe he was speaking about non-violence to men or goats or something? I mean women are so beneath being human that it is just like kicking a rock. His wife wanted to become more “Western” so he was just “educating” her of her role and being quite the family man. (I will add the word SARC but I don’t think I should have to).
At least he beat her in a non-violent way that conformed to the guidelines in that roll of toilet paper called the Koran.
Does that even count under sharia?

Who was the mother of all the other children? Does Sharia Law approve multiple wives? If other foreign nations approve Sharia Law in their countries, do they also have to accept polygamy?

He talks nice, but when your back is turned, he thinks violence is the right way to solve the problem.
Remember, with Islam, the end justifies the means, and they interpret the Koran to say you can lie, go to porno bars, whatever to blend in...non violence from an Imam is like saying napalm is lemon-aid.
This is like the guy here in Buffalo. He started a cable tv station dedicated to showing how peaceful and tolerant Islam is. The guy hacked off his wife’s head when she threatened to leave him.

He is not a Muslim extremist....he doesn’t bomb buildings....he’s one of the Muslims that Whoopi and Joy like...he is a moderate Muslim.
I’m not clear if beating one’s wife is considered “violent” in his circles.
I thought wife beating was a requirement for all Muslim men.
She probably spoke disrespectfully in front of her husband, and Allah be Praised, he was lovingly disciplining her....
I remember that guy! Another moderate, non extremist Muslim that Whoopi and Joy defend.
I guess ‘moderate’ muslims don’t participate in jihad or terror...they just beat, kill and otherwise abuse their women and their daughters.

I am waiting for some Islam religious leader to actually do a show on how Muslims are pro-women. I mean would it really surprise you?! Can you see the show now... we give wives money for burkas and let them eat at least once a day.... Funny stuff in a way. Just a thought.
