Looks like they charged PFC Manning with leaking the Apache video, stealing 50 State Dept cables, adding illegal software to a secure SIPR computer, and giving classified info to a third party with the intent to harm the USA.
They specifically mention a “Reykjavik 13” cable he leaked.

That’s a punishment they deserve, but I’d settle for a firing squad.
