It's damn hard to find ANY politician or pundit that's truly "on the right". Most are mixed philosophical mushy middle fair weather friends. The idea that some kind of mixed philosophy is the way to "get things done" is bovine scat.

I like Mike Pence and hope he runs for Pres, but he has a long long way to go to connect with the American people. And so far I haven't heard nearly enough from him about FREEDOM and I hear Palin talk about FREEDOM all the time. That is what attracts me. Policy discussion that doesn't have a fundamental basis in real, tangible freedom is always in the wrong direction. No one ever thinks or says - does this policy/law protect the freedom of the individual? Does this policy/law protect the liberty of the individual? Does this policy/law protect the rights of the individual? Can we justify enforcing this policy/law at the point of a gun?
