Remember the brouhaha about the Nazi Cross Building at the Coronado, CA Navy base? You know....architects and planners normally catch stuff like that during the planning stages of a building project.
The Navy must have farmed out that project to a civilian outfit who were sweating bullets watching the clock and every penny.
