What do people think those who have jobs will do once a safety net is pulled back in a fragile economy when millions of those with jobs are still worried about losing them?

Sounds like 2 million who will maybe feel any job is a good job.
How many are holding out for their old high pay and benefits when the market no longer is paying that?
