just a note on my thanksgivin..............worst 30 hours of my life............flew to Seattle to see my real mom after 47 years and guess what................she did not show at the airport.........no call ...nuthin....came home the next flight

I’m sorry to hear that. She evidently must not realize the true value of a son. Maybe she’s emotionally off or something. My son is 45 and I’m certainly thankful for him. (It’s possible your birth mother also chickened out at the last minute and hid somewhere in the airport hoping to just to catch a glimpse of you.) - Get up. Dust yourself off . . and never, never, never, never give up on yourself . . . I’ve learned the hard way that sometimes life isn’t exactly like the Norman Rockwell paintings; and we have to just BE HAPPY with the good that we have in our lives and focus on that.
