To: Red_Devil 232; Windy City Conservative

The cloture vote last week was on considering the bill, not voting on it. Normally there would be another cloture vote.

However they passed a unanimous consent agreement last Thursday to forego the cloture vote.
Note: This was a UNANIMOUS vote- NO ONE OBJECTED. Not a one.

Every single Senator agreed to put the bill to a vote after consideration.

Well then, if they have given up their right to vote for cloture, then we can thank both parties for this monstrosity.

and that, my FRiends, is why Im so cynical that this ship cant be turned around...
