Everyone is outraged and extremely frustrated by the infringement on our freedom by the TSA pat downs and full body scans at airports. Even more frustrating is that we all know the common sense solution to the problem of terrorists at airports. Profiling.
It has been said, “Don’t let the inmates run the asylum”. This is exactly what we are doing when we allow a handful of PC (Political Correctness) nuts to dictate our behavior; ordering us to ignore common sense solutions and play their “let’s not offend anyone” ridiculous PC games.
Profiling is common sense. As a black man, if I find myself in the midst of a group of white guys with shaved heads and covered in swastikas and white power tattoos, profiling them, it would probably be unwise to quote a line from the movie, Blazing Saddles, “Where the white women at?”
Years ago in Maryland, early in the morning, in a mostly white upscale neighborhood, residents saw two black youths dressed in gangster attire walking their streets. The black youths obviously looked out of place. And yet, authorities were not alerted because the white residents did not want to appear racist profiling black males.
The two black youths hijacked a mom’s car, drug her several feet as she attempted to save her toddler which they threw out of the window. Common sense profiling would have prevented this horrific incident.
All, I repeat “ALL”, terrorist attacks have been committed by Middle Eastern men between the ages of 18 and 40. And yet, we can not profile these people. Instead, TSA agents are being forced to border molesting nuns, seniors and children.
How did profiling become such a dirty word, when we present ourselves to the world in whatever way we wish to be profiled? Wall street executives wear suits to be profiled as responsible. Rock stars wear spiked hair, tattoos and piercings to be profiled as rebellious. Remember, the popular book titled, “Dress for Success”? It could be re-titled, “How to Achieve Your Desired Profiling”.
PC demands that we ignore life experiences, common sense and the messages individuals send in the way they present themselves.
If you are different than your projected image, the burden is on you to prove yourself otherwise. Do not demonize the public for simply reading your projected image.
For example, as an artist, I wear my signature hat, braid and black and white attire. At my first republican meeting, a white gentleman approached me and said, “The democrats meet down the road.” He seemed pleasantly surprised when I smiled and replied, “I know. I’m in the right meeting.”
Was this white man a racist for assuming I, a black man, dressed a bit out of the norm, was a democrat? No. He was using his life experiences and the knowledge that blacks, particularly non conservative attired blacks, typically vote democrat. Obama received 96% of the black vote. So, in most cases, he would have been correct in his assumption that this Avant Garde looking black man would be a democrat. Absurdly, PC would brand this white gentleman a racist.
Folks, we must end this PC madness which is a part of the Tea Party Movement agenda. We must continue screaming, “NO!” as loudly as possible, to the humiliating and unconstitutional PC pat downs and full body scans.
Tell the Obama administration, “Cut this PC nonsense and go after the bad guys. PROFILE!”
The Left hates all things that make sense and common sense is seen to be “beneath them.”
As a black man...
The author needs to ask Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, et. el. for the answer to why we cannot profile.
Perhaps.
But how many of those do they have avaiable? There are far, far more brown-skinned muslim men willing to kill and die for Allah than there are white men/women willing to do the same. And some of those white people have adopted muslim names and can be just as easily identified as muslims.
Even a simple racial profiling would cut the number of effective terrorists available by well over 90%. But that’s rarely what anyone means by profiling. What we need to do is background checks and Israeli style interviews. And they do not simply look at names or skincolour to determine whether someone poses a threat. Actually single white women are likely to face special interest from the Israelis to determine if they have muslim boyfriends who are using them.
There is no perfect solution. But so what? Flying is already less likely to kill you than lightning so there is no need for hysteria. But even so, reducing the number of terrorists is still worthwhile even if the occasional muslim slips through.
PS: It may help a bit to actually go after the people behind terrorist networks like the Israeli are also known to do. Few muslim leaders want to be the target of kill-squads or predator drones.
Political Correctness is nothing more than institutionalized, mandatory stupidity.
This goes under the “Duh!” Bin.
Actually profiling is a good thing for most of us. A simple profile of me shows I have a large family, pay my rent, have roots going back to before the revolution, and have no criminal record.
Ironically a young radical Muslim person who is here on a work visa under the current system may throw less flags simply because they lack any history at all.
The TSA began hijacking our freedoms the day they started the “security” crap at the airports many years ago. Some of us bi**hed about it then but didn’t get much response. Fedzilla was conditioning us to accept more and more restrictions on our freedoms from day one.
But, of course, say you, didn’t their system of NOT PROFILING do a splendid job by keeping those 19 muzzies off planes on 9-11? Goodness, if they hadn’t been stopped, they might have killed over 3,000 people, knocked down buildings and...
Oh, never mind.
It begs a question of anyone who has a real-world grip on how governments — ALL governments — operate:
“Did anyone really think the situation would get better for the traveling public?”
Having said that, this airport “training” of the public is essential to the success of Obozo’s planned National Defense Corps street patrols. Can you say “You VILL show me your papers” in ebonics?

Political Correctness is an essential component of Cultural Marxism. Since we have a Marxist-in-Chief it makes sense this insanity of PC thinking is at its zenith. Gramsci and Marcuse and friends devised a plan to destroy the two pillars that made America the strongest country in history—Christianity and the natural family.
Feminism/homosexuality/promiscuity is promoted 24/7 to make women resent taking care of children (or even having any), promotes hatred for heterosexual men (whose strength and character built this great nation) and vilifies boy behavior in schools so they are demoralized and deba**ed by the time they are men. Media promotes promiscuity and behaviors that destroy all meaningful relationships. They promote immaturity and debase sex to demean human beings and equate them to animals (Darwinian Atheism). That destroys the children making them emotional cripples and easily manipulated. It also creates a selfish, nihilistic culture which needs a nanny state.
The Pope defines this PC culture correctly and demonic Marxism by the term “Culture of Death”.
Logic and Reason (John Locke) built the structure of this nation. Common sense is crucial in reasoning.
Ex-KGB agents have said the Marxist infiltrated the media and government and unions and all organizations such as the feminist and homosexual movements and use them to destroy the moral fiber of the nation. They throw out logic and reason and science and teach cognitive dissonance which destroys the thinking of our children.
PC thinking:
Heather has two mommies (biological lie). Women are the same as men (lie—it ignores science). Homosexual Sex is genetic (lie) Evolution is a fact (lie—it is a theory). Faith is irrational but Atheism is rational. (lie—it takes faith to be an Atheist because they can not prove there is no God). All cultures are equal. (Lie—some are vastly superior to others) Capitalism is evil. (Lie: only people are immoral or moral). Socialism is good. (Lie—socialism creates slavery but uses euphemisms to hide that fact).
Governments can be charitable. (Lie—Charity only exists if people are free to decide for themselves to give what is theirs with no government force such as taxes, etc.) Profiling is necessary for efficient judgements and survival. PC thinking vilifies profiling because it is logical and an extremely useful tool for survival situations and organizations of society. By preventing profiling, they deny facts and cost us millions of dollars in every area where they forbid profiling.
