I think the ‘Forty Days for Life’ campaign should get some of the credit. Having people pray outside the ‘clinics’ for 40-days has both the spiritual effects of the power of prayer, and the secular effect of people knowing what business is in that building. There was a large ‘For Lease’ sign outside the Fairfax ‘clinic’, which I believe only takes up one floor of the three- or four-story building. I’ll bet the building owners didn’t lease a single square foot on any other floor during the 40-days vigil.

I can see Obama in 2012 claiming abortions have gone down on his watch. Probably his pal Rick Warren will credit Obama for the supposed trend.

I pray that there is a trend downward! Pro Life is the most important issue as far as I am concerned.

I’m just wondering if these smaller clinics are closing because Planned Parenthood is putting up “mega-clinics” in huge metro areas, like Houston? Maybe they are just raking in all the business and the smaller clinics can’t compete? I think its more important to look at the overall number of abortions and whether the number decreases, as opposed to the number of actual clinics. Interesting read, though.
