You’ll notice she said “population” control and not “birth” control.
It is “do as I say, not as I do”. Additionally, they are paying many single mothers to become breeders, thereby perpetuating the parasitic voting class.
Population control can mean birth control, abortion, euthanasia - the whole gamut.

Although I am opposed to abortion-for-convenience I would have made an exception for requests from Obama’s and Hillary’s mommas.
I knew there was a reason Americans are being targeted for body scans and intimate pat downs and that Muslims are free to pat down themselves. It’s a population control measure.
