So is this superseding, and unwarranted, power now vested in the Federal government? When did the sheeple give up this right without due process? It is time to throw the tea and the bureaucrats into the Boston Harbor or any other available body of water.

Of course,(at this point) we've heard of no elected representative who has stood up to decry this assumption of regulatory authority.

Well, Ron Paul has been an unrelenting critic of this sort of regulation for several decades.
