What has the policy toward Iran and North Korea done except give them more time to advance their nuclear ambitions?

Obama didn't know Russia has veto power on the UN Security Council...they are one of 5 member countries.
When Russia attacked Georgia I guess he figured they would vote to condemn THEMSELVES!...then again he probably was mistaken which “Georgia” it was.
