No need to list gaffes; the American people wouldn’t remember a single one. Thirty-nine percent are committed to him through thick and thin; he only needs 12 more percentage points to guarantee that he stays around until 2017, and the people will be delighted. A cut in unemployment from 10 to 8 percent will convince the American people that they are on the “right track” after all.
He's not going to gain the left, he's not lefty enough, they think Hillary is. He's not going to win with blacks, there's not enough. He's not going to win with students, the thrill is gone. He has no base, the dems hate him, he's either too left or too right. There's no middle ground to 'pick up'. Even if he does amnesty, he won't win America. He's a lame duck for two years. And he won't run again. His ego can't endure it. He's a dead fish floating on the pond of a dying lake.
