Of course. It's a curious mistake.

I know that I can readily type "their" instead of "there". Because my vision isn't what it should be, I sometimes can't see clearly what I have just typed, though I always proofread my posts.

I think it might be that I was mentally anticipating the apostrophe in "government's" and somehow threw one in early. I'm a self-taught typist and apostrophes take a disproportionate amount of time and effort.

The mistaken uses of "their" and "there" I think are due to the brain hearing the sound and failing to choose properly while typing. I DO know the difference and I think I have improved my accuracy rate on this through increased attention. I'll have to pay more attention to apostrophes.

Of course. It's a curious mistake.

My point, intended for the PDS posters, was that even a discussion like this about a slip of the tongue is filled with equivalent errors. I understood your point completely, as well as how you made a mistake that I have made many times for exactly the reasons that you stated. Those trashing Palin would excuse Obama if he made the North/South error. Even I would excuse Obama on that one. While I believe the community organizer hates America and Americans, I don't think he has a North Korean vision for our future, just a close parallel with him or someone like him as Dear Leader.

Misspeaks happen. Typos happen. Good grief, I know I have made thousands here, alone. It’s not like we all have someone to proof read our comments. To make suggestions how this or that would sound better, or be more clear.

There is no doubt in my mind Sarah was focused on Bristol’s performance. Then she has all the interviews to do. People to see, places to go. All the while, take care of the kids, and then, somehow find time for herself and Todd. She has a right to be exhausted. But she keeps on moving as if she is as fresh as the new dawn. I find her “git her done” attitude, incredible.

But sometimes, exhaustion creeps up on you, regardless. Mix in sleep deprivation, and you have a recipe for disaster. Like the one she gave her critics in this interview.

Take a break Sarah Palin. You have earned it. You need to rest, then re-load, again.
