“I think its all the high-speed rail that is stirring this TSA sh*t.”
Very interesting. (Where’s that Willie Green guy?)
I won’t ever allow my daughter to fly again or any member of my family. No pervert is going to feel up my fifteen year old or see her virtually naked under a scanner! Period!
Last time I checked we aren’t in a Polish ghetto with signs attached to our chests waiting for the train!
This is getting d@mned scary.
Hopefully a 48% drop in passenger ticket sales will spur the airports to realize sooner rather than later that they have the freedom to throw the TSA out of their airports and use private security firms with methods that make sense and work (Israeli).
Otherwise that kind of decline will cause them to go under and give oblunder an excuse to bailout the “too big to fail” airline industry and totally take over control. I think this is the plan anyway.
Just saw the Obama Defense Team on MSNBC touting a poll that 70% think it is fine and dandy.
"No crisis (real or invented) should be wasted.." -Rahm Emmmanel
You'd never know it! Collectively, the airlines have been quite silent. Wish I would have shorted a few stocks (now that I think of this, let me look into this; perhaps Soros is shorting the airline stocks).
Next step for body scanners could be trains, boats, metro

The next step in tightened security could be on U.S. public transportation, trains and boats.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says terrorists will continue to look for U.S. vulnerabilities, making tighter security standards necessary.
[Terrorists] are going to continue to probe the system and try to find a way through, Napolitano said in an interview that aired Monday night on “Charlie Rose.”
I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going on to mass transit or to trains or maritime.
There is definitely news media manipulation going on. TSA administrators are provoking outrage in hopes airports will privatize their security. This will make management’s job much easier.
It is the wet dream of Business Socialists who believe that the government should subsidize business....but a private company still has to follow TSA rules. Instead of TSA...you will get a worse flunkie feeling your junk... paid about 1/2 as much as a TSA would be....of course, the taxpayers spend more....because most Govt contracts cost more (you have to pay the company’s profits)...most companies make more per hour on security than what the govt could do on its own
TSA overall has to be reformed. To contract it out to a private firm will mean more abuse...at a higher cost to taxpayers. Of course, the bedwetting Business Socialists fail to mention that 9/11 happend because we had contracted security at our airports....look how well that worked
Very Funny!
And, it helps zero’s commie agenda along. He has no problem bankrupting the airlines.
And it appears all we can do is fiddle while it burns :>(
Can someone tell me why we cant make a list of those who CAN fly?

I spotted the propaganda designed to frustrate people into thinking opposition was hopeless. Nonsense polls were part of that, most atrocous among them was the CBS bucket of lies.
This issue is a defining one. Trust me, there are people who would rather have a root canal and a colonoscopy the same day than watch their loved ones porno scanned and fondled. This violates our personhood. Napolitano put this hack Pistoles out here to be a lightning rod.
The only vote we have is not to fly.
“Last time I checked we arent in a Polish ghetto with signs attached to our chests waiting for the train!”
You just nailed it.
They supposedly used boxcutters. They were not illegal at the time.
39% of people are scared sheep that do what they’re told. I suspect these same lamers supported the bank bailouts.
“... Collectively, the airlines have been quite silent ... “
Absolutely a good point. Why would a whole industry remain silent while the Government implements a program that could result in a business activity reduction anywhere from 10% to 50%?
Something smells here big time!
You are probably right. After the holidays a million more people will have had the warm and fuzzy experience with TSA and no dinner after. Word will spread and there will be more horrific stories to tell. I am just anticipating the backlash.
“Youre inside the zone and (I think) separated from your carry on stuff.”
You’re correct. While being groped, and forced to spread your legs while a wand is rubbed up and down your thighs, all you possess is your boarding pass. Everything else is just sitting there at the end of the conveyor belt, and your bags, purse, computer, etc., are fair game for people passing by. Often, you don’t have a line of vision to your stuff.
I beep in the metal detector 100% of the time. If traveling with someone else, that person goes through the line first. When he/she is completely through security, then I start go through so that after my things have been x-rayed, there’s someone trustworthy at the other end. If I’m alone, then it’s a crap shoot.
