My guess is the Supremes wont take the case, but now think he's not qualified. I would hope they may make a statement, a back handed slap. A suggestion ... “We have no jurisdiction over the qualification process, and if the senate qualifies an obviously illegitimate candidate, such as a British Born Subject for example, it would fall upon the people to correct it by removing both the President and congress that qualified him. Our Constitution has a remedy for removing deceitful and dishonorable politicians from government, and that process, voting, appears to be functioning as intended”.
