The report I read about it last week, the lawyer’s strategy was to try for a pardon before taking the case as appeal, because it would clear him without the added cost.
If that didnt work, they would appeal.
Articles state that after talking to Brian, the cops searched his car and found the guns in the trunk.
I thought the cops needed a warrant to search the trunk. Did Brian grant permission, or could the cops claim “probable cause?”
Not sure about this.
