Articles state that after talking to Brian, the cops searched his car and found the guns in the trunk.
I thought the cops needed a warrant to search the trunk. Did Brian grant permission, or could the cops claim “probable cause?”
Not sure about this.
I thought in the original article the mom told cops he had a gun.
