No it isn't, it's a natural reaction of a normal individual to somebody else sticking a hand in her pants. This woman and her union boss don't seem to have a clue about this thing except as it applies to them, and they're blaming the passengers. And the idea that her victim needs to look at it as "being kept safe" while she's being pawed at is a marvelously stupid rationalization. Want proof? Offer to switch places. Didn't think so.

This could be used as teachable moments for those front line TSA folks. Their Union Boss isn’t going to protect them. There was a time when a union would stand up and go on strike over “rights.” Hello dear TSA person...people are angry because you, YOU, are violating American’s Rights. And no order from any government agency that violates an American’s Rights is legal. Tell you union boss you are going on strike on Opt Out Day.
