You’re not kidding-sex offenders are often beaten in the streets when they’re arrested- the villagers do the beating and the police just stand by and make sure the villagers don’t hurt each other;)
Maybe, but Mexico doesn’t have a death penalty, and rape is often not treated very seriously (at least according to what I read, which may or may not be true). Of course, he may not be from Mexico. And American jails are probably better.

“Seriously, is there a reason these guys do not stay in their home countries and rape people there?”
Mexican criminals come to the United States to pick the low haning fruit. Also in Mexico sexual predators (especially child molestors) sometimes do not make it to the jail in one piece.
You all may be right, but when I do an internet search, that does not seem to be the consensus. Now, the families may take care of it, but the complaint by women seems to be that it is an ignored crime.

Illegal aliens were so emboldened by the Bush administration, tens of millions of illegal aliens marched on our cities and towns, making demands and threats while pushing foreign flags in your faces...
Here's Dallas Texas 2006 ---- 500,000 illegal aliens making demands and threats while parading with foreign flags.
As I said up thread...Some may not want to admit it, but the U.S. is a De facto sanctuary country.
