WASHINGTON (AP) - With one of the year's busiest traveling days fast approaching, the Obama administration's top transportation security official on Monday urged passengers angry over safety procedures not to boycott airport body scans.
John Pistole said in nationally broadcast interviews he understands public concerns about privacy in the wake of the Transportation Security Administration's tough new airline boarding security checks.
But at the same time, he said a relatively small proportion of the 34 million people who have flown since the new procedures went into effect have had the body pat downs that have come under withering criticism in recent days.

I’m not wearing underwear and only loose fitting tennis sweats with zippers and pockets for my flights. A couple of bowls of chili the night before and maybe some quevos rancheros for breakfast the day of my flight should make for a real nice pat down experience. I’ll just let them go at it and light them up with a gassy reply.
Maybe a shart may help grease the skids for the TSA.
The real translation:!
This groping has NOTHING to do with real security!!
It has EVERYTHING to do with public intimidation and training of the American people of submission to Soetoro's coming Marxist's take-over of the United States of America!!!
Now here's the question if the other, about 50%, of the U.S.'s real patriotic section are willing to submit themselves, or is revolting brewing???
I’ve read that the plan is to (eventually) have these scanners in all airports and in sufficient quantities to allow for the scanning of all passengers-rather like everyone going into some buildings goes through metal detectors, or how you can’t leave a library without going through the machine that detects whether you have a book that wasn’t properly checked out.
Oh you are bad! And my new hero. :-D
Well that might have been their plan until the sheep objected. And word is that the machines are not safe for health reasons. The TSA has a fight on their hands.
Somebody replied: “If it was NOT a government employee, that kind of groping would land you in prison”!!!
New concept in America, You are guility until the government tells you you are innocnt.
Sound like some third world government concept.
A relatively small proportion of the population is raped or murdered. I guess that means it should not be a law enforcement concern.
We could call them, "liberty bells"
My FRiends, I do believe you have something here! Reminds me of the "Simon Jester" civil disobedience acts in Robert Heinlein's The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress.

The TSA cannot be reformed; the TSA monster must be destroyed and all of its personnel fired without exception.
While I cheer your efforts regarding the security line, I just hope I don’t get the seat next to you on the flight!
So sad the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is going to keep being interrupted by breaking news bulletins about brawls and riots at airports...
LOL!!!
“BODY SCAN BOYCOTT WOULD BE A MISTAKE???’...Kinda reminds me of a cheech and chong routine ( sorry, I grew up in the ‘70’s )...goes kinda like this...
sound of dripping water, screaming, and boots echoing on a concrete floor
gestapo agent: “ They are killing the girls tonight. You can save them. Just sign the papers, old man”
old man, sobbing: “ I cannot sign the papers”
gestapo agent: “ You will sign the papers!!!”
sound of person being severly beaten...
gestapo agent: “ Now, sign the papers, old man”
old man, sobbing : “ What do the papers say?”
gestapo agent: “ They are merely a statement, saying you have not been mistreated while you were here”.
old man, sobbing : “ I cannot sign the papers”.
gestapo agent, screaming, : “ And why cannot you sign the papers?”.
old man, sobbing, : “Because you have broken both of my hands”
sound familiar?????
Sounds like DC’s plan for America.
