All I can say is...he's wearing the same jacket in Central Park, supposedly from 1982(?) as he is wearing in Kenya...supposedly in 1987.
But that doesn't help, that Central Park image with the Dunhams is a fake composition:
I will try to find that reference in 'Dreams' and post it if I can find it...but Dreams' has no dates, no chronology whatso-ever...
Remember, the 'official' version is that his first trip to Kenya was in 1987. HOWEVER:
A Sunday Nation team that set out to trace Obama's roots was surprised to find that, unknown to many, Obama has actually been to this village twice. First in 1983, when he had come to mourn his late father, Barack Hussein Obama, who had died in Nairobi in 1982...
Which would indicate he was in Kenya WHILE 'DAVID' WAS STILL ALIVE...if there ever was a 'David'
When is the Central Park photo supposed to have been taken? He is wearing a wedding ring and I didn’t think he and the Wookie were married until 1992?
(No matter what - it’s clear the picture is photo shopped - the “mysterious hand” is a dead giveaway!)
But it is yet another strange piece of a puzzle that makes less sense as time goes by...I pray the dam of imformation will break soon!
There is no date in the online version of Dreams of when he first (who knows how many times he really went) went to Kenya but it had to have been in 83 because of the conversation with Auma about the lawyers contacting the heirs and how Sarah went balistic that they weren’t Sr.’s kids but Ruth had documents for Mark (but no documents for David??? cough, cough).
Which one of the park bench pictures is the fake? Or are both? There’s the weird gramps’ hand in the first one but then there’s a definite photoshop line along gramps’ left leg in the other picture. So, what’s the truth?
Yeah, I call it the "Rubberman" photo. Look at the photo below. You notice the suit of the grandfathers left shoulder isn't creased - indicating that his arm isn't bent. That would put his elbow at about the same place as the red dot. Now the yellow line shows from the shoulder to the elbow and the elbow to the wrist. If you were to straighten out that line, he must be "Rubberman". His arm would go past the left shoulder of the grandmother !!!
